The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly. This includes in particular our frozen products, as they require continuous refrigeration and cannot be returned after delivery. For all other products, the statutory right of withdrawal applies: You may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
